About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients, helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical wellbeing. This is a full-time position based on Penang Island, Penang.
What you'll be doing Assess patients' physical condition and develop personalised treatment plansDeliver physical therapy interventions, such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modality treatmentsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient careMaintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plansParticipate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry practicesWhat we're looking for Bachelor's or Diploma in Physical Therapy or a related fieldFresh graduate are encourage to apply / Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or outpatient settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to design and implement effective treatment plansProficiency in using various physical therapy equipment and technology
