Key Responsibilities: Customized Sports Massage: Provide tailored sports massage therapy sessions for clients seeking relaxation, recovery, and enhanced physical performance.Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client's needs, addressing concerns related to physical activity, injuries, or recovery goals.Training & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior massage therapists, sharing expertise in sports massage and other therapeutic techniques.Customer Care: Build strong client relationships, ensuring a supportive and comfortable experience for every guest.Centre Standards: Maintain a clean, professional, and relaxing environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.Collaboration: Work closely with management to foster a supportive and positive workplace culture.Ongoing Education: Engage in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest sports massage techniques and trends, and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications: Certified Physiotherapist with proficiency in sports massage and other therapeutic modalities.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wellness industry, with experience in leadership or training.Expertise in sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and other specialized therapies is a plus.Strong communication skills for client consultations and mentoring junior therapists.Passion for health, wellness, and a holistic approach to client care.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and foster a collaborative culture.Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
