Physiotherapist

Job Scope: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical conditions and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.Implement and monitor individualized rehabilitation programs for elderly residents, post-stroke patients, and those recovering from orthopedic surgeries.Utilize various physiotherapy equipment, including TENS machines, static bikes, cold and hot therapy units, and massage guns, to administer effective treatments.Perform manual therapy techniques and guided exercises to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.Maintain accurate and detailed records of each resident's treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.Regularly update and review residents' rehabilitation goals to ensure continuous improvement and adjustment of therapies as needed.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, counselors, and nutritionists, to provide holistic care.Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding treatment plans, progress, and any necessary adjustments. Job Requirements: At least Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.1 - 3 working experiences in hospital setting or rehabilitation centreRegistered with Malaysian Physiotherapy Association.Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professionals Board.General knowledge of physiotherapy management of various condition, eg Cardiorespiratory, Musculoskeletal/ Orthopedic, General Medicine (Geriatric, Cancer, Women Health, Paediatrics) and Neurology.
