Pilates Sales And Marketing Executive

Developing strategies to retain existing customers, such as offering loyalty programs, upselling additional services, or personalizing client experience.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring high satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Track the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.
), email marketing, and website content management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Willing to work overtime and on weekends.
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Language.
