Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecast, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Track and follow up the progress of work orders and ensure they are closed in a timely manner.
Adjust and manage production WIP to sustain optimal operational performance.
Advise on strategies to optimize and accelerate the order fulfillment.
Quickly identify potential risks and escalate work orders that may be at risk of missing deadlines.
Collaborate with the Planning Support team for seamless coordination.
Reassess and recommit to order fulfillment plans when work orders are missed.
Proactively analyze data to determine opportunities to improve planning KPI.
QualificationsREQUIRED:
BS/BA degree or equivalent with 1 or more years of related experience.
SKILLS:
Preferably with hands-on experience in SAP module in PP and MES system.
Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must have good judgment along with good decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
