Planner Cum Project Executive

Requirement:Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Science & Technology or equivalent. Knowledge in store, management, planning, leading, organizing and controlling, planning, leadership and coordination of people and resources is an added advantage.
Responsibility:shipment planningshipment communication with supplier & customersupdate the production output recordstock controlmaterial controlmillion system controlUpdate the shipping statusinventory controlManage the supply of products to customers, making sure there are adequate materials to ensure steady production and product delivery to the customerExecute project plans and additional information to determine timelines and necessary materials.Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems.Work closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure on-time delivery of materials and also to monitor and ensure optimize inventory levels.To prevent and minimize excesses and shortages situations, work closely with the Maintenance Department, Washing Department, Production Department, Warehouse & QC/QA Department.Observe trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules.Keeping track of production volume and purchasing expectations to make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.Develop & implement an enhanced structure to support an end to end NPI planning and execution.Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results on quality, productivity, delivery and otherDrive forecast automation through calculation and communication systems.
