Planner Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and scheduling all operations activities.
Advise committed date to Customer Service based on lead-time, material, and production capacity.
Plan, control, and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries for production continuity.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing departments to make decisions regarding Quality issues that may affect customer delivery, and inform Customer Service of any changes in the schedule.
Utilize ERP/MRP system functions in daily tasks including Planning, Bill of materials, item checking (Inventory analysis), and other related functions.
Develop a firm delivery plan and schedule and convey it in weekly or daily meetings.
Ensure monthly on-time delivery KPI is achievable.
Interact daily with Purchasing, Production, Store, Customer Service, and Quality or Engineering as needed.
