Planner

**Responsibilities**:- Scheduling of daily production line.- Established production work orders in ERP.- Maintains ERP system for material purchase requisition and ensures supplier deliver on time to meet production requirements.- Schedule & monitor the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.- Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.- Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) for every product and manage inventory accuracy.- Coordinate with Purchasing and Store personnel in ordering and delivery of materials.- Handles material arrival records, material requisition & establish reports in MS Excel.- Developing reports and other tools to support inventory control initiatives.- Prepare internal inventory audit reports.- Performs other related duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Minimum a Diploma qualification in related fields.- Experience in doing production material planning using MRP tool.- Experience in using ERP software.- Familiar with MS Office suite of software.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data.- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Demand planning: 3 years (preferred)- Production: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/04/2023
