Planner

Job Description: Analyze demand/forecast order from customer to determine required capacity.Make sure that the production plan is aligned with raw material to guarantee maximum efficiency in order to timely delivered products to customers' place.Release and ensure proper production plan schedule in order to fully utilize existing machine to their optimum and track plan versus actual output.Responsible for analyze forecast changes order from customers.Analyze and prepare weekly / periodic reports for management.To determine what, when and how much to order for raw materials based on sales forecast.Develop material plan to meet customer's demands.Develop and maintain material planning system.Oversee and manage daily operations of various warehouse activities including planning, directing, controlling and coordinating.Handle special projects as assigned.ERP or Planning Advance System
