Planner

Job Summary: - Responsible to arrange or planning schedule for production and provide full support and coordination with sales team day-to-day sales to ensure production proceed smooth. - Smooth planning to avoid any delay of sales order and discuss delivery date with customer for smooth procedure for production arrangement. Job Responsibilities: - Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely. - Update customer on the ETA (estimated time of arrival). - Prompt follow up to ensure the stock will be delivered to customer on time. - Prepare delivery outstanding report and other related report. - Any inquiry with the details, we must request or discuss with customer for more information. Especially, the delivery date must be thoroughly considered the reasonable & acceptable. - Set the timeline for the order to be completed on time. - Troubleshoot problems that occur during production and delivery. - Prepare report to management and provide suggestion way for improvement of efficiency. - Ensure to train or nourish the assistant within the timeline period given by management. - Fully fulfill the KPI's requirement setting by a management. - Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.YF PACKAGING SDN.
