Job DescriptionResponsible for loading requirement and execution to support business needs. To work with various stake holders and ensure build plan completed within cycle time with consideration feasible of raw material, capacity, resource. Coordinate and work closely with Global team across organization on the alignment and shared information on the Corp strategy, goal setting and requirements.Responsibilities and TasksEstablish and Assess a 13-week ForecastPublish site decision to the global team based on high level analysis and assessmentFeedback to MPS if there are abnormality of loading requirementsEstablish build schedule in the tactical horizon 2weeks based on site's boundary conditions and material availability, capacity, and resource managementWeekly Goal Setting Publication and execution to PlanAlignment and agreement of site goal with Manufacturing Team, including capacity teamMonitor output performance and attend production meeting to gather necessary information or issue in production that impact outputRequirementFresh Graduate is encourage to applyExperience in production planning and SAP knowledge will be advantageousProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with numbersExposure or experience working with multifunctional teams, projects and collaborationHas good inter-personal skill and positive attitudeEducationRequiredBachelor's degree or any equivalent
