Job DescriptionPlanning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company's products.
Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production.
Watching costs to ensure the production process stays within budget.
Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management.
Handling production disruptions and productivity problems.
Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
ResponsibilitiesPlan assembly line and molding, register and follow MOs, and print MOs for picking.
Ensure timely delivery, load the production plan, and report/close MOs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
Job RequirementsCandidates should have at least a Diploma and above in the same field.
At least 1 year of related experience in the field is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are essential.
Strong knowledge of planning and strategic thinking quality control principles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams as required.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is required.
