Key Responsibilities:Develop project schedule with resource loaded.
Develop manpower histogram and equipment loading.
Develop S-curve.
Develop and update Progress Measurement System.
Update progress schedule plan vs actual.
Coordinate/notify/interface with respective discipline Engineer, Procurement, Contract, Construction, and Commissioning department regarding deliverables, LLI, construction activities, any delays, and look ahead programme.
Track and monitor project on a daily basis.
Prepare daily report, weekly report, and monthly report.
Prepare look ahead programme.
Prepare minutes of meeting and presentation materials on the status of the project.
Attend all project meetings.
Prepare variance analysis if any slippage occurs.
Prepare and review Extension of Time claim to client.
Prepare schedule and related documents during tender stage.
Minimum Qualifications:Has a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Requirements (Must Have):Working experience as Project Planning and Control Engineer for at least six (6) years in the Oil & Gas industry.
