Planner (Sap Compulsory) – Based In Kulai, Johor

RESPONSIBILITIES Regular review of Sales Order and forecast received from customer.Co-ordinate with production department on capacity planning to develop production plan inorder to meet demand.Manage production plan in the system, monitor schedule and complete finished goods withintarget schedule.Review raw materials status to support production plan.Manage manufacturing order scheduling in accordance to production plan.Able to initiate solution when encountering sudden surge of demand.Manage finished goods to ensure they are at optimum level.Work with internal dept to support month end closing activity.Ensure weekly billing to customer.Ensure all shipping documents are being properly generated.Generate production reports for management review.Ensure compliance to FTM's ISO9001/14001 and 27001 policies and standardsEnsure compliance to RBA policies and standardsAny other reasonable task assigned by superior or management REQUIREMENT Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalentMinimum 2 years working experience in related fieldKnowledge of SAP are compulsory (Please state in resume)Knowledge in production planning, material cost control and cycle countStrong analytical mind, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skillsProcess strong analytical mind, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skillsEffectively in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to meet tight deadlinesDemonstrates discipline in timely execution of tasksDemonstrates flexibility/adaptability to frequent changesProduction Planning Skills.
