Job ResponsibilitiesTo manage the entire Project Planning Package including the Project Schedule, Progress Measurement, Resource Loading and Critical Path Network.
To plan methodologies & procedures for use within the projects and contractors and provide necessary support and services pertaining to project status.
To keep track of project schedule including all the milestones and aspects as stipulated under contract and cascade the requirements in the establishment of subcontract.
To support bidding and tenders' submission process.
To develop and monitor the tracking and monitoring of work progress based on project monitoring process and monitoring of all schedules/planning input provided by PMT (breaking down into various component tasks, operations & activities) and integrate into the master schedule.
Establish and execute schedule performance and variance assessment and to support all the change management exercises.
Develop and establish all reports in relation to project progress and ensuring that the project reporting is carried out in such a manner as to accurately reflect the status of projects, and those necessary plans and reports are prepared for submission to the relevant stakeholders.
Develop and establish weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for Project team and management decision making.
Develop and establish Project Close Out Reports (Technical).
Develop and monitor Project Performance Data Tracking Database to support the production of MMHE standard Performance Profile.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Possesses a bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
Experience in Project Control /Project Management of Heavy Engineering projects.
Possess expert knowledge & expertise inMicrosoft Excel, Project & Primavera (P6).
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Must possess own mode of transportation and willing to travel for project requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
