Planning Executive (Fresh Graduate/Intern)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Schedule incoming orders based on customer demand and production capability.
Create mixing order for the incoming production.
Create packing order for the incoming production.
Prepare raw material requisition note for store.
Prepare packing material requisition note for store.
Complete packing order.
Issue purchase requisition for necessary raw and packing materials.
Complete receiving for incoming goods.
Post Delivery Slip.
Performing any other clerical duties as directed by superior Plan for the usage of on-hand recycle and idle stock Amend the production route by following advices from QC whenever necessary Arrange the production schedule for sample request Provide the goods ready date for incoming orders QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Min Diploma or higher, or equivalent qualification is required.
The position is a 6-month contract role.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Computer Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
is an advantage.
