Planning Executive

Plan and prepare master production schedule in accordance with job priorities, product specification and delivery requirements.- To determine demand forecast according to sales forecast and sales/business information provided by Sales/Customer Service/Overseas Delivery Support or other source.- Communicate with customer's planner related to production schedule and delivery commitment.- Scheduling of work orders/production loading.- Expedite operation that delay schedule and alter schedule to meet unforeseen circumstances such as change in customer order, material shortage, machine breakdowns and etc.- Monitor daily work orders to ensure work order completion and closure on time.- Material requirement planning.- Communicate with production on planning execution and resolve issues.- Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior- Have Experience using ERP system**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Tampoi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Planning: 1 year (preferred)- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
