Planning Executive, Spare Parts (Kawasaki)

Responsibilities:Review and distribute spare part management, work and shipment schedules, compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, logistics, and all planning works.
Monitor daily backorder to prioritize backlogs aging orders.
Ensure that Purchase Orders are raised and approved, and all items are received and orders are receipted in full.
Receive, track orders, and verify that shipments are in good condition.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
Monitor supplier performance to maintain a reliable supply chain.
Process payment documents from suppliers and resolve issues in transactions and documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and procurement, to align spare parts planning with overall business objectives.
Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
