Planning Manager (Miri)

Summary:Assisting and advising the Assistant General Manager (Reforestation) on planning and other related matters in Reforestation.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Forestry Science.
Must have extensive knowledge and experience in forestry practices and principles.
Wide experience in planning and implementing strategies of reforestation and harvesting of timber.
Essential Duties And Responsibilitiesinclude the following:
Conduct planning of new areas to ensure correct site-species matching and maximal use of available land.
Conduct tactical harvest planning to ensure that the forests are managed in a sustainable manner.
Ensure all LPF data is properly stored and back-ups are made daily.
Review SOPs for Reforestation to ensure it is relevant and up to date.
Assist LPFs in all operational matters.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all matters pertaining to work.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
