Your Role and Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain plant equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency through a hands-on approach.
Perform administrative tasks such as compiling reports and updating operational records and software.
Lead efforts in modifications, upgrades, installations, and fabrication for plant and machinery.
Develop schedules for ongoing operations and new projects to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 SOP/WI across departmental operations.
Strategize and implement cost-saving measures for facilities and centralized maintenance.
Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor or management.
What We're Looking For
Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
Be a team player with strong mechanical and electrical skills and excellent diagnostic abilities.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and possess good interpersonal skills.
Have experience in the manufacturing or heat treatment industry (preferred but not mandatory).
