Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high-quality production.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's Degree or certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) arean advantage.
At least10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferably experienced in the glove manufacturing or medical device industry.
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
Proficiency in implementing lean manufacturing principles and using data-driven approaches to decision-making.
