Plant Production Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of plant operations.
Implement strategies to optimize production processes and increase operational efficiency.
Ensure the plant meets production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Champion a culture of safety within the plant, adhering to the company's safety policies and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards, working to minimize safety incidents and environmental impact.
Supervise and motivate a team of professionals, including operators, technicians, and support staff.
Provide coaching and support for team members, fostering their growth and development.
Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and performance management.
Develop and manage the plant's budget, controlling costs and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures while maintaining operational excellence.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards, implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest quality gases and products are produced.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
Embrace innovation and new technologies to optimize plant operations.
Promote and implement sustainability initiatives in line with the company's environmental objectives.
Work towards emissions reduction and energy efficiency in plant operations.
Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including production data, safety reports, and maintenance records.
Generate regular reports to monitor key performance indicators and plant performance.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Proven at least 10 years experience in plant management, preferably in an industrial chemical/gas environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control.
Budget management and cost control experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to drive change and lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
