ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the financial and administrative management of the oil palm plantation.
Manage budgets, financial planning and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with regulations and handle financial reporting.
Implement cost control measures and oversee administrative functions.
Provide strategic financial insights and manage financial risks.
Lead and mentor the team and liaise with stakeholders.
Prepare and present financial reports, analysing data for trends and cost savings, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Plantation Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil palm plantation with at least 5 years of managerial roles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Meticulous and organised, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Demonstrates high levels of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Either based in Sibu or estates, and willing to travel to oil palm estates around Sarawak.
