Plantation Field Supervisor

To supervise and motivate the field workers.- To supervise daily estate operation activities such as harvesting, manuring, field upkeep, and road maintenance.- To report to the Plantation Assistant Manager/Manager.- To assist the Assistant Manager/Manager in planning, scheduling, and assigning field works or activities to the workers by following the Company's program, instructions, guidelines and practices.- To oversee and maintain the field in orderly manner.- To ensure all field works are done properly and monitor quality of work done.- Assist in maximizing the production and reduce waste inside the field.- Any other ad-hoc assignment or operation works as assigned by a superior.**Job requirements**:- Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree on Plantation/Agriculture management or any related field.- Relevant working experience in planation will be added advantage.- Good in leadership skill, manpower management, and report writing skill.- Willing to be posted to estates in Negeri Sembilan and stay in estate/remote environment.- Possess valid vehicle driving license (Class D).- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Can start immediately will be added advantage.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Jempol: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
