Responsibilities:
Understand, analyze and prepare multiple sales reports within strict lead times on a weekly and monthly basis
Work closely with the data team to ensure accuracy and consistency of all automated reports
Able to identify discrepancies in reports and work on rectification within a short turnaround time
Provide support to internal and external stakeholders on sales and operational reporting to ensure 1SS experience is maintained at all times
Support all 1SS reporting inclusive of maintaining weekly vendor management SLA performance dashboard and focus on resolution of tickets beyond promised SLA window
Support and even lead quantitative and qualitative analysis on projects and know how to simplify the meaning of the findings
Support Vendor Management & Partner Services team in day-to-day ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities
Able to take on new challenges and responsibilities as and when required
Requirements:
Candidate to possess either a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business
1-2 years of working experience in the field of Reporting, Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, Vendor Management or E-Commerce
Possess a strong attention to details and accuracy
Number-oriented person, skilled in working with data tools (e.g. Tableau)
Experience in managing a wide array of stakeholders
Nimble, agile, able to nurture relationships and to handle the job effectively
Diligent, organized and methodological with excellent communication
Strong proficiency in Excel and good in other Microsoft Office skills i.e. Word & PowerPoint
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support on any request as needed
Willingness to learn and execute new learnings
