Responsibilities: Responsible for new rubber cables design, sample quotation, cables specification and drawings New rubber cable project plan and technical document preparation, project status follow up Optimize rubber cable structure, reduce the cable product cost Customers sample making, analyze test data for sample and provide improvement measure Cooperate with QC dept. to settle the rubber cable quality issues Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical, electrical engineering, materials science, or polymers, majoring in wire and cable is preferred Have more than 1 year of working experience in wire product design and development Be serious and proactive in work, have a positive attitude, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure Basic English skills, proficient in using OFFICE, AutoCAD, and other related software We are a public company with strong resources, but operate in a way where each individual counts and where you have a chance to personally make a mark on the positive development of the company.
