Analysis & Reporting (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Establish and lead project management capabilities and competencies across all areas of APAC Supply Chain function through identification of standard work and design of target state.
Ensure adoption of proven tools and practices to measure project performance and track achievement in all areas of APAC Supply Chain.
Work with own, in-country and regional teams to define, design and govern a "light touch" project management framework for APAC.
Establish technology governance across IT and Supply Chain areas (Distribution network, Loans management, Customer Experience, O2C, Warehousing and Finance) to ensure alignment to the identified target state.
Lead transformational projects across different countries/departments with technology as enabler.
Act as primary Supply Chain liaison for APAC integrated projects (QA/RA, Audit, IT Security).
Role Requirements
Significant experience in leading cross-functional projects in multinational settings.
At least 5 years' experience in the Operations Department of a multinational company.
Demonstrable experience in project leadership in a Supply Chain/Customer Service environment at a regional (APAC, SEA) level.
Data-driven decision-making with extensive analytical capabilities from a variety of data sources.
Excellent communication skills and strong team player with the ability to interface with numerous cross-functional teams, customers, internal and external service providers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
