Job Description
- To be part of the day-to-day running of the PMO, comprising of managing tools and systems, compliance, data management, reporting and analytics, on-boarding of external vendors and partners, change and communications, and continuous improvement of the PMO services.
- Driving compliance to best practices, documentation, tools and systems across the region.
- Own monthly reporting deliverables such as regional level reports, project updates, data and tool cut-offs.
- Familiarity and able to apply the project management process for delivering capital projects, providing support for all internal and external project delivery leads.
- Assist with investment capital planning, forecasting and spend discipline across the regional portfolio of projects.
- Assist the Regional PMO lead with critical regional and global initiatives, act as a peer and second pair of eyes on compliance, consistency, adherence tostandards, market and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management / Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 7 years’ on Project/Construction Management, corporate occupier experience particularly with financial institutions is highly advantageous.
- Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Process and detailed oriented, but pleasant and adaptable. Able communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders from different parts of the region.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
