Please note that this is a 3-year fixed-term role.
The OpportunityAs aPolaris Training Coordinator,you will collaborate with members of the Polaris Training workstream across regions (EMEA & APAC) and ensure cross-regional process alignment. According to the existing global framework, you will liaise with trainers to coordinate training activities per country for People and Culture (P&C), customer support, employees, managers, etc., including managing the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant registration where needed.
Coordinate training segments with external vendors.
Inform employees about available training opportunities and provide necessary information.
Leverage the Roche training systems (Cornerstone) to properly record training events & attendance.
Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting, follow-up communications, progress monitoring (reporting), and visibility to Roche teams of learner progress.
Coordinate training lessons learned sessions & drive improvements based on outcomes.
Who you areProven experience in roles such as Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator and fluency in English.
Hands-on experience with coordinating multiple training events in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with both traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Cornerstone is a plus.
