Policy Servicing Senior Analyst (System Support and Projects, Senior Executive)Job Summary
Responsible to process/update the project activities and to ensure prompt processing is carried out within the set benchmark/deadline. Able to propose solution-based data/statistics.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Perform the process initiated by the company and servicing requests from customers for Takaful/Life.
Able to present data to support decisions for solutions.
Assist superior in participating in product meetings.
Assist superior in preparing system/business requirements.
Perform system and new product testing.
Prepare relevant documents for sign-off prior to, during, and after UAT.
Assist superior to monitor the results.
Review processes and propose automation/improvement.
Perform all activities achieving reasonable quality, performance, and within the agreed timeline.
Prepare and review any relevant documents e.g., WI, regulatory guides, policy contracts.
Support team members on day-to-day problem-solving.
Assist in any ad-hoc assignments/projects from management when required.
Ensure compliance with the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, Departmental Benchmarks, Bank Negara Audit, Internal Audit, and External Audit.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in the Insurance Industry.
Knowledge in Life Insurance/Takaful, good communication/interpersonal skills, computer and system literate with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Big Data.
Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and a positive attitude towards work.
Sound processing knowledge.
