Pool Driver

Job SummaryResponsible for driving company vehicle as and when required & other office clerical matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesPool driver to drive company vehicle as and when required.
Keep the exterior and interior of the cars in clean condition at all times.
Ensure company car is in good condition and inform your superior if you realize that the vehicle is not in good condition.
Must not speed while driving and adhere to the traffic rules at all times.
All traffic offences to be settled at your own cost.
Ensure all assets given by the company are properly maintained.
Not to reassign any of the company assets (i.e., hand phone/motor vehicle) without proper approval.
Assist the admin department in handling incoming and outgoing letters/documents, sorting and distributing documents.
Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
QualificationsSPM/STPM.
Skills & AbilitiesEffective communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in Malay and simple English.
Expected Minimum Years of ExperienceMinimum 3 years of well-rounded working experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
