Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-notch nursing care in line with hospital policies and procedures.
Supervise and coordinate activities within your allocated unit/ward.
Keep the Unit Manager informed of any significant incidents or situations.
Monitor patients' conditions, assess their needs, and provide expert care and advice.
Collaborate with doctors and fellow nurses to develop individualized care plans.
Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
Administer medications and treatments as per doctors' orders.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the unit.
Provide emergency medical care and assist surgeons during operations.
Foster a compassionate environment for patients and their families.
Stay updated with the latest in nursing practices by attending educational workshops and conferences
