Evaluate financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet profitability goals.
Provide guidance to the sales team for effective collaboration and performance improvement.
Implement cost control measures to meet financial objectives and enhance profitability.
Manage farm production, operations, and logistics to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor and assess daily farm operation parameters to ensure efficient performance.
Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent and efficient farm operations.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to address quality issues and improve processes.
Identify opportunities for process and quality enhancements to optimize farm operations.
Plan human resources, including recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning, to support business growth.
Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team of leaders and employees.
Establish and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Animal Science, or Business Administration required.
Proven experience in senior management roles overseeing multiple poultry business units.
Comprehensive understanding of poultry production processes, including breeding, nutrition, health management, and industry regulations.
Expertise in operations and supply chain management, quality control, procurement procedures, and financial management.
Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and emerging trends in the industry.
