Lead and oversee daily operations of poultry farms to ensure consistent performance, growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
Implement and monitor operational plans to achieve production targets and align with company goals.
Develop and execute strategies for long-term sustainability, focusing on either Breeder or Broiler operations.
Production & Logistics:Manage production schedules, logistics, and farm operations to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
For Broiler farms: Experienced in handling multiple farms with a track record of managing over 15 production cycles.
For Breeder farms: Minimum experience managing at least two breeding cycles.Evaluate financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures to meet profitability objectives.
Implement cost control measures to optimize expenditures while maintaining quality and productivity.
Quality Assurance & Process Optimization:Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Address quality issues and drive process enhancements to optimize farm operations.Team Development:Train & develop a skilled and motivated team of employees and leaders.
Foster a culture of safety and implement policies to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.Requirements
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
A Master's degree or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.Experience:Proven track record in senior management roles overseeing poultry business operations.
Comprehensive understanding of poultry production processes, including breeding, nutrition, health management, and compliance with industry regulations.
For Broiler farms: Experience managing multiple farms and at least 15 production cycles.
For Breeder farms: Experience managing at least 2 breeding cycles.Technical & Industry Knowledge:Expertise in operations management, supply chain, quality control, procurement, and financial oversight.
Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and emerging trends in poultry farming.Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
