Job Description:
Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated PR Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand image.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the company's projects, achievements, and initiatives.2. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.3. Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.4. Monitor and analyze media coverage of the company.5. Organize and coordinate press conferences, events, and interviews.6. Assist in crisis communication management.7. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging.8. Contribute to social media content and engagement strategies.9. Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR initiatives.10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or related field.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.4. Ability to think creatively and strategically.5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.7. Proven experience in media relations and press outreach.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and PR software.10. Adaptable and confident personality.
