Pr Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

As a PR Associate at Top Glove Corporation Berhad, you will be responsible for managing public relations activities and building relationships with various media outlets to promote the company's brand and products. You will work remotely from your home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis and report directly to the PR Manager. This position is suitable for entry-level professionals with at least one year of experience in public relations or related fields.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand image
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other materials to various media outlets
- Coordinate and oversee media events, press conferences, and interviews
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to track the effectiveness of PR campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
- Assist in crisis management and handle any negative publicity effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in public relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and passionate about PR and media relations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in PR campaigns
