As part of our expansion plan, Tech Grid Asia is setting up another branch office in Malaysia. We are looking for a Practice Leader to help build and manage the team in Malaysia.
What You'll DoReporting to CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in the country.
Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in the country and the region.
Manage, grow and drive to optimize the profitability of the recruitment business units in the country and region under your care/portfolio.
Ensure sales targets are met both on individual sales and team sales, and to consistently seek for growth.
Responsible for P&L for the team and unit that is under care.
To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics.
Monitor and analyse market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode.
Backup CEO as and when needed/assigned to any special/strategic projects as and when required.
Your Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment with specialisation in Technology roles.
Experience in managing a sales team within the recruitment sector.
Professional, good business acumen with an achievement mindset.
Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a recruitment sales team to grow the business.
