As a Pre-Sales Engineer, also known as a Solutions Engineer, you will work as an advisor to prospective customers by demonstrating how LinkFor and e-Invoicing will enable compliance, innovation and enhance their overall business operations.
You will work closely with internal teams to meet with prospects, demonstrate the solution and provide guidance for prospects and customers when required. This position requires an interest in diving into the technical aspects of our solutions, as you will utilise your expertise to build and adapt solutions for individual customer requirements through clear education and understanding.
This position is ready to commence immediately, and is open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents. In this role you will:
Work with the Sales team to solve prospects requirements pre-sale Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand pain points and deliver innovative solutions Demonstrate how LinkFor can support business requirements Conduct workshops and training sessions, both face-to-face and online Develop and enhance relationships with customers and solutions partners Provide valuable feedback to product teams Leverage your technical skills to provide strategic and innovative demonstrations What are the role requirements?
Strong communication and presentation skills Be technically minded, and motivated to learn and master new products and services Ability to break down products and offer use case demonstrations Ability to work with business requirements, and turn them into multi-product demonstrations Understand business landscapes across a variety of industries 1-3 years experience in SaaS, sales or a technical/product implementation role This position requires you to be present in our Bangsar South office.
