Open Position: Pre-Sales Specialist (IT Service Provider Company) An IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring a Pre-Sales Specialist to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or in any related field. At least 5 years proven experience in a pre-sales or Information technology consultation covering IT Software/ERP or other tech-solutions. Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to position products/services effectively. Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFI responses in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively articulate company competitive advantages. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
