Our client is currently looking for a young, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to involved in Technical Pre-Sales and possibly some Post Sales implementation activities. He/She will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology stages of the pre-sales process and be key technical advisor and product advocate for the client's products and services.

-Professional Services team with the discovery, analysis and ultimately the recommendation of strategic solutions for the customer by delivering transformational pitches based in live product demonstrations to validate.
-Discover the customer's business needs, and position the best solution to achieve those business objectives.
-Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations focused on products to multiple customer personas showing how the company will accelerate the business strategies and a path to value.
-Convey a deep understanding of the customer's architecture as it pertains to the company's solutions.
-Orchestrate and lead cross-functional solutions guides, and align them to the opportunity strategy
-Develop and deliver the story of the customer experience aided by the company's technologies
-Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position
-Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials.
-Conduct solution demonstration, and proof of concepts (POC).
-Technical proposal writing for RFI/RFQ/RFP/Presentation to be provided to customers.

; Requirements:-
-Min. 2 years developed your expertise in pre-sales, technical sales, system solutioning integration or similar roles.
-Experience in platform or technology like Omnichannel Contact Center, Chatbot, VoiceBot, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be added advantage.
-Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
-To be successful you must be a self-starter who can proactively engage with various stakeholders to drive success, while working towards a collective team goal.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
-Have strong knowledge and experience with cloud software offerings (SaaS) and preferably cloud contact centre offerings (CCaaS).
-Have experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and technologies
-Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
-Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
-Outstanding solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development.
-Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
