Melody Management & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-school Teacher to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a Pre-school Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and enriching learning environment for our young students, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional development.
What you'll be doing
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the pre-school curriculum.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
Observe and assess students' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual needs.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless learning experience for the students.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and classroom management.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-school or daycare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young children and their families.
Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to provide a stimulating learning environment.
Enthusiasm for working with young children and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
