Job Description - Premier Relationship Manager (Eastern Region) (2200002P)
ResponsibilitiesOffer Professional Wealth Advice- Be part of the leading wealth solutions team in the industry and supported by the regional wealth panel.
Engage with wealth specialists, sense the pulse of the global economy, and offer professional advice and appropriate financial solutions to our Premier Banking customers to achieve your revenue target.
Be Our Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customers- Involved in events and sales activities in line with the PB business direction and other sales initiatives.
Engage customers and prospects, acting as the bank's ambassador to share benefits and invite them to be part of Premier Banking.
Service- Proactively engage PB customers to establish good relationships and achieve growing customer satisfaction, aiming to improve the customer engagement score consistently.
Compliance- Adhere diligently to all documentation and process procedures and requirements.
Ensure no lapses in control requirements and submit reports, both statutory and regulatory, in a timely manner.
Ensure zero defects in account opening, sales transaction execution, loan submission, and others.
QualificationsMinimum Diploma holder with UT - FIMM, Insurance - PCE Life, PCE General, and CEILI.
Minimum 2 years of sales or service experience in the Financial or Service industry (e.g., service sectors include Airline, Telco, Hotel, Tourism).
Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
