Presales It Specialist

This role requires the IT Presales / Technical Engineer candidate to understand, articulate, and deliver IT solutions that meet the technical and business needs.




-Keep updated on industry standards, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT sector. 


-Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.


-Work with Sales and System Support teams to analyze the needs of customers and propose suitable customized solutions. 


-Multitask and manage multiple customer profiles to prepare and review proposals for as well as creating technical documentations for other parties to follow-up with.


-Regularly collaborate with and educate various internal and external parties to improve the quality of solution proposals.


-Conduct solution demonstrations.


-Any other projects assign by Management from time to time.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate with at least diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field. 


-At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the related field. 


-Proven experience in pre-sales or technical role within the IT industry.


-Familiarity with IT products and services, such as IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity.


-Previous experience in systems engineering or technical consulting and SQL is advantageous.


-Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. 


-Good command and written in English and Malay.
