ResponsibilitiesAssist Accounts Department in daily tasks, including but not limited to: checking invoices and claims, maintaining the Company's financial records, and filing.
Maintain a proper filing system and match documents.
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
RequirementsMinimum SPM.
Fresh Graduates / Entry Level Candidates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate with average typing skills needed.
Can work independently and follow up on pending jobs.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Have own transportation.
No working experience is required; experience working as a receptionist and in admin is an advantage.
Required Skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel).
Mandarin speaking is an added advantage as most of our customers are Mandarin speakers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
