Preschool Teacher

**Job Overview**:As a Preschool Teacher at Kidskool, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for toddlers aged 19 months to 3 years old. You will create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth. You will also work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and education.**Your Role**:- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of toddlers.- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery.- Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior and respect among children.- Observe and assess children's behavior, development, and learning, and provide feedback to parents and guardians.- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child's individual needs and interests.- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, including attendance, development, and milestones.- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss children's progress and development.- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with appropriate supplies and materials.- Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trends in early childhood education**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.- Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.- CPR and First Aid certification.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)
