Mentor and guide teachers on how to conduct lessons.
Provide feedback on students.
Attend all relevant training sessions held during school days, weekends, or holidays organized by the school or an external training party that is deemed relevant or important for the teacher.
Support all relevant activities, events, functions held/organized by the school at the school premises or at external premises.
Communicate across levels (Primary & Secondary) to better understand the direction and growth.
Communicate and update parents regarding lessons via TinyApp or any applications used by the school.
Be proactive in lesson preparations.
Ensure the safety of students at all times during class activities/lessons.
Ensure students don't engage in activities that may potentially pose a threat to their own as well as to others' safety and security during class activities/lessons.
Full Day Programme Supervisor ResponsibilitiesBuild rapport with kindergarten students and look after their wellbeing at all times.
Ensure the safety of students when carrying out activities and lessons.
Ensure students don't engage in activities that may potentially pose a threat to their own as well as to others' safety and security – during recess, play time, before and after school ends.
Ensure students safeguard and respect the use of the school's property and facilities.
Accompany students with severe medical injuries to the hospital (if needed).
Monitor students' activities/behaviours and handle matters relating to students' misconduct, bullying, tardiness, and behavioural issues, and report them to the Principal/Vice Principal.
Ensure smooth flow of student traffic after school (releasing students to parents/guardians and transporters).
Assist with emergency situations whenever required.
Inform parents/guardians whenever a child falls sick, sustains an injury, etc.
Provide updates about the child's well-being via phone, TinyApp, or any applications used by the school.
Attend to parents/guardians' requests for assistance (e.g., locate child's missing item, pass items to child, etc.).
Liaise with the concerning party regarding food preparation or activities requirements if necessary.
Prepare milk for students.
Put students to rest for nap time.
Change diapers, clean up, and shower students when required.
Take charge of the planning and running of activities.
Contact parents regarding Full Day Programme matters.
Stay back with students if parents/guardians are late and ensure that they are handed off safely.
Key in "late pick up records" for the Full Day Programme.
Take active steps to model the behaviours and improvements that the leaders above are doing in order to stay up to date and grow with the role.
Requirements and SkillsDiploma/Degree/Master/Doctorate in any field.
External experience in the corporate world in any other field.
Ability to present and hold an audience's attention.
Strong ability to lead and influence children and teens.
Proactive and strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
