Principal Responsibilities Be familiar with lesson plans for all subjects and provide teaching aids ideas when necessaryAssess and monitor students' performance and progress to ensure they master the skills on regular basisOrganize learning material and resourcesUse a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilitiesBe able to teach young students age 2-3 years oldFollow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulationsCooperate with manager of the kindergartenRequirements and skills At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Preschool TeacherDegree/ Diploma in Early Childhood education preferredExcellent classroom management skillProficient in Excel, Words and PowerpointCreative teaching abilitiesStrong organisation skills Patience and flexibilityStrong communication skills Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices
