Open Position: Pricing Manager, Insurance (MNC Company)
An MNC Insurance Company is currently hiring for a Pricing Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop pricing strategy across various product lines to position the products based on values and competitive situations.
Develop, lead, and manage the pricing process for the organization while ensuring compliance by controlling the exemption process.
Develop pricing tools, embed pricing processes, and build long-term product roadmaps within operations to align with business objectives and goals.
Perform business analysis and market analysis with a good understanding of pricing models in the market.
Participate in product setup, system enhancement, and be involved in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the pricing systems.
Offer good quality products to the respective business channels as well as implement new products and product improvements.
Develop and review all policies and frameworks for the pricing products and ensure compliance with the product development process.
Exhibit good analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team-based environment.
