Primary School Teacher (Cambridge Igcse)

Job Overview- Responsible to support teachers in the classroom to enhance the learning experience for students. Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills._Responsibilities and Duties- Assist in the implementation of lesson plans under the teacher's guidance.- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.- Support the teacher in maintaining a positive and organized learning environment.- Help manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resources.- Set up and organize educational materials for lessons.- Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, or exams.- Provide feedback to students and communicate their progress to the teacher.- Supervise students during various activities, including lunch, recess, and field trips.- Ensure the safety and well-being of students in the classroom and other school settings.- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to address the needs of students.- Assist students in developing language skills.- Provide support with the integration of technology into the classroom.- Assist students and teachers with the use of computers, tablets, and other educational technology tools.- Participate in relevant professional development opportunities to enhance job performance.- Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.Qualifications:- _At least 1 years of Experience in the related field is required_- _Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, and English_- _Willing to work in Seri Kembangan_- _Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and communication skills_- _Strong moral values and discipline_**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
