**Key Responsibilities**:- Work with the team of internal PLM Functional and Technical architects and configure/customize the Windchill PLM system as per business & functional requirements.- Translate PLM business requirements into functional, technical requirements, solution design and development.- Design solutions for Windchill business data model configuration and customization with Info*Engine components, web services, business rules and UI.- Support integration of data from PLM to ERP and MDM working closely with other Enterprise Systems and business stakeholders.- Setup and configure integration between Windchill PLM to ERP (JDE) with - Windchill ESI layer and TIBCO Middleware platform and develop Web Services using RESTFul APIs.- Perform system upgrades, configure and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.- Set up and manage DevOps framework for future deployments.- Effort estimation of user stories, providing demonstrations for implementation.- Mentoring developers and consultants on designing and implementing the better solution working around the technical feasibility.- Lead efforts to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutionsDocument and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code on complex issues.- Determine and lead the design of system specifications, standards, and programming.- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes and formulating alternative solutions in policies and procedures.- Lead project development teams through execution of best practices in software development, mentoring other team members, and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture, quality, security policies.- Keeps abreast of technical innovation by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.- Incidental: Other duties as assigned by Leadership.**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.- 5 to 7 Years experience of previous experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.- Experience and training in the specific technologies that will be used for development Required.**Additional Skills**:- Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill core modules PDMLink, PartsLink, MPMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, Windchill Quality Solutions, Windchill RV&S configuration and customizations.- Should have a good understanding of Windchill Architecture, database, setting up change management workflows, user management, xBOM management, BOM transformation, Platform Structures, Variant configuration, Supplier Management.- Experience implementing DHF and DMR functionality using Windchill QMS and Med Device Template is a plus and preferred.- Hands-on experience with CAD Data Management (Creo, SolidWorks and Altium) and Integrations is a plus and preferred.- Good understanding of design structures, product structure, product configuration, manufacturing processes.- Experience with Windchill ESI layer and Windchill Rest API architecture to build the API and integrate with other systems is a plus.- Hands-on customization experience using Windchill/Java Client Architecture(WCA/JCA).- Good experience in working with multi workstream development environment using DevOps CI/CD tools and methodologies. Knowledge in GitLab is a plus and preferred.- Experience with Windchill Bulk migrator to stage & migrate data is a plus & preferred.- PTC ThingWorx Implementation knowledge is a plus and preferred.- PTC Windchill certifications or affiliated trainings is desirable.- Technical Skills required: Java, JSP, Java Script, jQuery, AngularJS, XML, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, Info*Engine Web Services, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, Ajax, Database tuning, Git.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment and be able to work independently to meet the project deliverables.- Solid analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are required.Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.- Relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments.- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills.- Adhe
